Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. INTENSFIT's policy respects your privacy and respects all applicable laws and regulations regarding any personal information we may collect about you – including through our INTENSFIT account, website https://intensfit.com (hereinafter reffered to as - App) and services associated with them.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you use our mobile App, websites and services accessed through them, and how such personal data will be processed.

By using this service, you promise to us that (i) you have read, understand and agree to this privacy policy, and that (ii) you are at least 16 years old (or one of your parents or guardians has read and agreed to this privacy policy for you). If you do not agree or cannot make this promise, you must not use this App. In such a case, you must (a) delete your account, contact us and request the deletion of your data; (b) cancel any subscriptions using the functionality provided by Apple (if you use iOS) or Google (if you use Android) or any other application stores that may be available from time to time, or by us if you purchased them directly on our websites; and (c) delete the App from your devices.

 

Personal information is any information about you that can be used to identify you. This includes information about you as an individual (such as name, address and date of birth), about your devices, payment details and even information about how you use the App or online services.

 

If our App links to third-party sites and services, please be aware that those sites and services have their own privacy policies. After you link to any third-party site, you should read the privacy policy posted on that third-party site about how personal information is collected and used. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of your actions after you close our App.

Device data

Our App can access and collect data using the following built-in tools on your device:

1) Personal data

2) Information about the place of stay

3) Camera

4) Storage, photos and/or media

5) Data transmission through the mobile network

 

When you install the App or use your device's tools in the App, we ask for permission to access this information. The specific data we collect may depend on the individual settings of your device and the permissions you grant when installing and using the App.

We may ask you to provide personal information - for example, when you send us content or contact us. Such information may include one or more of the following items:

Confidential information is especially important

"Particularly important confidential information" or "special categories of data" is a set of personal information that is given a higher level of protection. Examples of sensitive information include information relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, membership in trade unions or other professional associations or memberships, philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, sexual practices or sex life, criminal record information, health information or biometric information.

User Content

"User Content", as we understand it, is material (text, images and/or video content) voluntarily provided to us by our users for publication on our platform, website or for re-posting on our social networks. All User Generated Content is associated with the account or email address used to submit the Content.

 

Please note that any content you submit for publication will become public upon publication (and any subsequent review or review process). Once posted, it may be available to third parties who are not subject to this privacy policy.

When we collect and process personal information, and for as long as we store that information, we will protect it by commercially acceptable means to prevent its loss and theft, as well as its unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or alteration.

 

Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we inform you that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and no one can guarantee the absolute security of data.

 

You are responsible for choosing any password and keeping it secure for the security of your own information within our services. For example, for the security and confidentiality of any passwords associated with access to your personal information and accounts.

 

How long we keep your personal information

We only keep your personal information for as long as necessary. This period may depend on what we use your information for in accordance with this privacy policy. For example, if you have provided us with personal information as part of creating an account with us, we may retain that information for as long as your account exists in our system. If your personal information is no longer needed for this purpose, we will delete it or anonymize it by removing all data that identifies you.

 

However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information to comply with our legal obligations, accounting or reporting obligations, or for archival purposes in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or statistical purposes.

None of our products or services are aimed directly at children under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information about children under the age of 16.
